Fairly standard process for a small company. First I had a phone screen with the CEO, followed by another screen with a senior architect, and finally an in-person interview with one of the partners. No live coding or tests were involved, which was a nice change of pace. I was told the latter two interviews would involve technical questions related to some of the technologies they used (eg C++), but was caught a bit off guard as I was asked to answer much more abstract architectural questions. Some were about frameworks on my resume that weren't really relevant to the position, so I stumbled a bit there for lack of preparation.
Though I didn't get an offer, they said they might get back to me about a possible position that ultimately never materialized (went with a contractor instead). Throughout the process everyone involved was pleasant and professional, and were very accommodating to my hectic schedule, so overall it was a good experience.
