Since they are still a small company, I had a 30-minute interview with the CEO and the head of SEM. It was fairly laid back, they mostly wanted to hear about my experience. They went on to explain the type of people they are looking to add to their team. They talked about how the company is at a really exciting time where they are planning to grow quickly in 2017. I heard back in about a week with an offer of an internship with intent to hire upon graduation.

I applied through my university's recruiting page, and followed up via email. I heard back within a few days and set up an interview.
