I came in for one day of interviews. I met with the Founder of the company and three others (manager and two developers). They followed up within 48 hours and extended me a verbal offer. I accepted and received a letter the same day.

Very shallow. Virtually no questions about actual software engineering. Spent several hours there, was not impressed, likely would have turned down offer anyway. Their "product" seemed like total AI buzzword hot air. It sounds like they're overfunded based on the founder personalities and are years away from having any kind of useful product.
On top of everything else, they sent me a canned rejection email for a design position. Sloppy.
