Online interview questions are easy to understand and generalised to take into account everyone's personal experiences. Most questions in the interview/assessment required answers to be typed out, and only the last question at the end required a video answer.

Why did you choose to study what you are currently studying?
Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.

Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.
