Phone interview followed by in person interview when my manager was visiting my town. It was simple, friendly and relatively informal. His family were also there as they were on vacation at the time. Never met anyone else from the firm before getting an offer. Only had communication with the HR department (very nice) and my soon to be boss.
The interview consisted of three video responses and three multiple choice questions. Video responses were limited to three minutes, with unlimited attempts. You could watch back what you said, discard, and rerecord.

HR called for interview. A week later, received a job offer in the mail. The process was overly simplified. I didn't expect the offer in the mail. Three people on the interview panel asking fairly standard interview questions.
