Tell us why you are passionate about your chosen field of study and explain what excites you the most about working at Aurecon.
Your team has won the contract for a major building project, involving the design and construction of a new regional hospital. Due to the project's scale and location, many experts from a range of disciplines have been consulted, including engineering, advisory and digital. At a high level, write an email to your Line Manager identifying two risks and two opportunities to help the project succeed.
Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.

Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.

3 x 3 minutes (max) verbal response questions, 2 written extended response questions and two multiple choice personality questions.
