I got contacted by HR to set up a phone screening. She was very intense and started advertising how great a company it is (why wasting time on this? I already applied there ...). Then some intimidation about how everyone else they hired could not perform well on writing code if they were hired for testing ... (how did you fail to catch that with your 6 round of interview is beyond me... ). Then at the end started asking tech questions, emphasizing she will only take notes to show to hiring manager... Very rude and unprofessional as you are not in the state of the mind with all the fuss they wasted your time on already and feels like you are not even worth to talk to someone with technical background, you have to be eliminated at the slightest imperfection ...
