1st interview was to find out how I would go about my role if offered, with various tests. Next I had to prove that I had a love for lighting (or illumination as I was told to use instead), Second interview was run by a production worker and HR manager, asking basic questions such as where I saw myself in five years time I was told that I would be required to work odd weekends. Both interviews were office based and I had to take time off from my existing job to attend. Following the second interview, the job role was pulled, a complete waste of my annual leave which was in short supply at the time.
