Great phone interview with HR advisor and told I would be recommended to hiring manager. advisor emailed me for a little more information and stated I would enjoy the recruitment process. Then they ghosted me for weeks. I decided to give my feedback via email. And was told it was an error on their behalf. Again, was told I was perfect for the role (maybe slightly overqualified). They then left me waiting for another two weeks, before being told they would go with another candidate.
