initial screening, online interview, and then in-person interview. process went very well and everyone was nice. However, I was ghosted. I had no issue with their decision, but I was balancing other offers and simply wanted to hear back. It's extremely unprofessional to provide no updates to a final-round candidate. The director even had an attitude when I followed up.
