They give you a dell laptop with no OS installed on it. You have to set up the bios to UEFI then Install windows 8.1,Install all windows updates, join AFP domain, install office 2013, connect to a network printer, and finally map a network drive. Then your done. Toke me about 90 minutes, mostly waiting on windows updates to complete.

They ask about your experience/exposure to working on a domain environment. Once you complete their "hands-on" task. You pretty much have the job.
