I get a call form one of their recruiters saying they are interested in my application. Screen call with a recruiter/assistant and all goes well. Have a second in interview and start seeing that they don't really know what they are hiring for. They were between two different job titles/ responsibilities. I continue communicating that I was interested and they ghosted. Followed up twice and crickets. If they knew they didn't want to move forward, they could of at least said something, especially after reaching out twice.
