During a physical interview, you will be asked to lift, carry, or move heavy objects, perform physical tasks related to the job, or participate in a fitness assessment. The interviewer or a trainer is present to observe and evaluate your performance.

There was an online assessment with about 5 questions that were scenario and safety based I then went on to do a medical that included a drug test. The medical included a hearing test also. After that I received an email thanking me and informing me that I had passed and then was added to their talent pool. I have not received any correspondence since then.
