The interview process with Authentic Brands Group consisted of three stages:
Initial HR Phone Screen – A preliminary conversation focused on the role overview, alignment with my background, and overall fit with the company’s culture and expectations.
Team Interview via Microsoft Teams – This round was with a team member where we discussed my relevant skills and experiences in more detail, as well as my interest in the company and the role.
Interview with the Hiring Manager – A more in-depth conversation about the company’s structure, key responsibilities of the position, and how the role contributes to the broader organization. It was also an opportunity to align expectations and discuss potential growth.
