I applyed over stackoverflow.com and they sent me a link at 3 medium level Codility examples. After finishing them, I got an email from hr staff to have an interview face to face. They offered me two options about the salary. One was net salary per month and company handles taxes for you and the second is gross salary in dollars per hours that you have to handle your taxes on your own. Hr interview was average then we got into technical interview. A 5-year experienced developer came to test my skills. That was a little bit weird because I have experienced over 13 years. She asked me some questions and I replyed some questions before she asked me. And I said I am currently working as team leader and in the future I would like to be a team leader in your company. Then I asked her if look a look at my github account, my online projects and my personal web site. She said no, I do not have so much time I just looked at your cv. Finally guess what? I have been rejected. Firstly I thought I have been rejected about salary but I noticed that they did not like my communication style and there was a game of throne in the company. Another weird thing is: in the job description they say this position requires both C# and good Angular skills but interviewer told me that project is old and we do not use Angular for this project.
