I was interviewed alone due to a no show but normally interviews are done as a group. The office can be hard to find but it was not an issue for me. The hiring personnel went over my resume and asked what I liked and did not like about previous jobs. They wanted to go over classes taken in college that were relevant. I was asked about secondary languages known.

I walked into a group interview and filled out some paperwork about availability and schedule for the first 10 minutes. The facilitator returned and we answered easy background questions in a group setting (asked about college background, experience with kids with Autism, how acceptable you are to receiving feedback). At the end, we were each pulled aside to discuss desired pay.

went and rang the doorbell, was told to wait. (they tok their time) when i got there i met with the hiring coordinator. (really sweet lady). She then asked to see my resume and proceded to ask me the same questions everyone ask you. She asked wanted to see my diploma and transcripts. Asked me about my self. then asked if i had any questions for her. we shook hand and by a wekk i got a phone call asking me to bring more papers and was hired on the spot during the second interview.
