laid back and informative. interview process was very easy-going. my interviewer described the position in detail and got back to me about the position in a timely manner. They pay for your training as long as you are there for one year otherwise you will have to pay a fee of 400 $ if you decide to leave the company before your one year timeline.

Over the phone interview. It was very easy. They discussed the position and figured out if you allied with their values in helping children with autism. Knowing that is job is not for everyone they are still very kind to everyone they meet with.
