Colloquio
It was a lengthy interview process for which I had to take off work from my other position to do so. There was an initial interview and they called you if they wanted to set up a second interview. The second interview usually occurred and then you would come back to tour the facility and wait upwards of 2-4 weeks before hearing back from them. Due to the hurried nature of my departure from my previous employer, they combined the last two steps and had an offer to me within a week which I greatly appreciated.

Unsure of the questions they asked, it was in depth situation-oriented questions though, as well as extensive exploration of previous work with behavior/speech developmentally disabled experiences.
