I was emailed a few days after sending them an application to schedule an interview. The lady was very sweet and I replied quickly to come in that Friday. I felt confident during the interview and was able to provide answers to each question. I seemed to be exactly what they were looking for--lots of availability, a car, willing to earn ABA certification on the job, talking to parents, etc. Oddly, they didn't show me around the facility or have me interact with a child. I think that for this job that part of the process is so important! The interviewer was wearing yoga pants and a t-shirt which I saw as unprofessional. I was told I'd hear back either that night or the following day regardless of if they planned to offer employment. However, they completely ghosted me after the interview--no call, email, anything! I find this incredibly rude to lie to applicants never let them know. I ended up accepting an offer at another autism center on the west side and absolutely love it there. Nicer facility, people, etc. I would not recommend Autism Learning Partners.
