It was very professional yet comfortable. Questions asked were relevant and interviewer was respectful to give me time to share my experience and thoughts. Important information was shared and understood throughout the interview and it helped me paint a picture of what the company is all about, which made me feel more hopeful to become a part of it.

The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
