I applied to be a writer/copywriter for the company. During my first interview, I met with a supervisor who would be my supervisor if hired in. He asked me basic questions that were easy, but I came prepared with a notebook with pages full of questions and ideas for the company. Upon sharing my ideas, I was asked to come in for a second interview. I met with another person who was higher up and but not yet a supervisor. He gave me a timed typing test and asked me to write a story about anything that I wanted. This was also simple. I was asked to come in for a third interview, in which I met with the CEO and two other managers. They asked me more about my ideas and then presented me with the opportunity to build the role of Social Media Strategist from the ground up with my skills and ideas. They said I was capable of doing much more than writing.
