two rounds
1) online test which has same questions every time they never change it ( one php and 1 mysql question ) - duration 1 hr
2) Technical face to face ( will take 1 hour almost)
The interviewer is the ukrainian guy because this is a ukrainian company ( he does not know how to speak english so half the time you will ask him to repeat ) he has a set of 40-50 questions so he will ask them all .

1) mysql related - diff b/w where and having
storage engines , joins , stored procedures , triggers , views , indexing ( types and how it works )
and all sort of common questions
2) PHP - workers , some logical questions , OOPS concepts .
