I meet with the CEO, my future supervisor and Human resources. They asked me several questions about myself and my skills. Then they told me what the job entails and expectations they expected from me as a Client Care Associate. After the interview I had the background check done, drug test, personality test and skills test. After the interview process they offered me the position a week later and I accepted it.
