The interview process consisted of a screening call followed by a very long 10 part task that you have 3 days to complete. Following that, you have another interview with the hiring manager and a final interview with the head of partnerships. Upon completing my final interview, I was told that I would hear back in a few days regarding a decision. I heard nothing, so I followed up a week later and was ignored. It is perfectly fine to decide not to hire someone, but ghosting candidates after they have attended 3 interviews and spent several hours doing an unpaid task is beyond unprofessional. I suppose it is a good indication of how they value their people.
