Four total rounds. Initial with recruiter, hiring manager, senior team member, then head of the department. After all interviews were complete. I was asked to complete a behavioral assessment. It was the strangest one I have ever taken and from my perspective felt extremely contradictory. I sent thank you emails and several follow up emails and was ghosted for several weeks before finally receiving generic rejection email. My advice to the company: when you say “we will get back to you” and then do not, it is not a great look. I would understand if I was only one or two rounds in, but to get all the way to the end of the process and to completely ignore is unprofessional.
