Hopelessly disorganized, to say the very least. No followup of any sort, you literally have to spam them to just get an update. Seriously, have some common courtesy and just tell the candidates that you've filled the role and move on. And if the position is no longer available, take it down from your website for crying out loud. You're a tech company and you manage websites for a lot of your customers, you'd think you could at least be on top of your own website.
