I went to an interview for an entry level position, suitable for graduates and juniors. Before the interview I was told 3/4 people would be in attendance, instead I was greeted by just one uninterested employee. As the interview went on the individual picked apart everything about my life, asking intrusive questions about my personal life and what my girlfriend was doing. It didn't feel at all like a job interview but an interrogation. I felt like I had done something wrong! I felt that the job description written by HR wasn't inline with that of the interviewer's expectations. I was asked questions more akin to management level rather than for an assistant position. I had to remind the interviewer that this was a entry level position, which seemed to fall on deaf ears. For the first time in my life I left the interview hoping to never work for an individual or for that matter a company that breeds such a culture like that.
