The interview process was smooth, structured, and well-communicated. It began with an introductory call with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the UX Manager. The final stage was a panel interview with four members from different teams that the Senior Experience Designer would closely collaborate with. Throughout the process, the recruiter maintained consistent communication and provided updates at each stage, which made the experience feel organized and transparent. Depending on how clearly the role was defined internally, there could be some additional time between stages before hearing back on next steps.

There’s 3 stages overall: 1 stage is a Recruiter Call (30 mins), 2nd stage is 1:1 with Hiring manager and 3rd Stage is Portfolio Review + Panel Interview to go over 1/2 case studies.
