Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Autodesk (Kraków) nel mese di mar 2026
Colloquio
The first round with the recruiter was very positive. I felt that the recruiter was genuinely engaged in the discussion, and the overall experience was both professional and comfortable.
However, the second round (technical interview) with the Staff QA Engineer was disappointing. I had the impression that my actual QA experience was not fully understood by the interviewer, despite having discussed it in detail during the first round. I also felt that prior experience with CAD systems was treated as a requirement rather than a nice-to-have skill or something that could be learned on the job, which differed from how the role was presented in the job description.
Additionally, the interviewer mentioned that this was a junior-level position, which was surprising given that the job posting required 2–4 years of professional experience.
Finally, my request for feedback following the technical interview was ignored, which left a negative impression of the overall recruitment process.
1st talk with hiring manager just casual, soft skills, nothing serious but you have to leave good vibe
2nd talk with team members technical, more specific, going into details, be precise and bold

HR call, in-person interview with the team. Communication via email with the recruiter. Weird experience since the team members simply sit around in silence and stare at you while you communicate with the team lead

Problem-solving, mathematical questions
