Applied online and received a request for phone interview with recruiter. Moved on to an interview with the hiring manager over Zoom and then interviewed with 4 team members (2, 1 hour calls with 2 people each) also over Zoom and then onsite to meet with 2 more people.
Interviewed with 8 different people through the entire process. Was not offered the position, requested feedback as to why and did not receive a response.
Even though everyone I spoke with during the process was very welcoming and genuine, not receiving any feedback ultimately made this process a waste of time. I'm not sure how I can rate this a positive experience without receiving any feedback, spending a significant amount of time interviewing with 8 different people and ultimately not receiving an offer. Any feedback at all would have made this a positive experience.
