      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Autodesk nel mese di giu 2022

      Colloquio

      I had applied for the role their career site and was declined. I was later approached by an executive recruiter on LinkedIn and, while a bit confused after the decline, I engaged in the interview process. I had, what seemed like, a great conversation with the hiring manager. I progressed through the interview process and met with a variety of HR leadership interviewers. After the interviews, I shared some positive feedback with the recruiter. My experience, thus far, was quite positive. The process started in June and continued through July. A week after I engaged in the process, I sent an email to the executive recruiter for an update with my continued expressed interest in the role. I assumed the recruiting team was still gathering feedback and sent another email two weeks later. July came and went. August came and went. I found out the position was filled through a LinkedIn connection who liked and commented on the post from the candidate who was offered the role. I learned the definition of “being ghosted” through the interview process at Autodesk for an executive-level role. Please do better with other candidates going forward.
