Round 1: HR Round Round 2: Hiring Manager Final Round: This was 2 separate rounds where you meet the team. I had 2 interviews in the first, and 2 in the second - a mix of PMs and designers asking product technical and behavioral questions. It was basically all behavioral - individuals were all nice enough, and the hiring manager seemed great to work with! Everyone at Autodesk is quite tenured (3-15 years), which speaks to their culture and ability to retain employees. Interviewers came across a bit stiff and serious, but I was able to get some to warm up by the end of it. This HR was probably one of my poorest HR experiences though - my recruiter was either unresponsive, slow to respond, and careless - I was accidentally rejected and she only realized she'd made a mistake when I followed up asking for feedback. I also got over 5 automated emails asking me for my availability even though I had already submitted it. I didn't even get a rejection notice until I followed up a 2nd time cc'ing her coworkers, and feedback I had to go straight to the hiring manager for. Please HR, do better.

Why Autodesk? Why product management? Tell me about a time you disagreed with a manager? How do I navigate ambiguity?
It was very down to theory about project management, the interviewer didnt give an option to easily express and felt very unconfortable. After this bad experience, I can imagine how the organizational culture might be, so happy not to work there.
Recruiter was very unprofessional. Came too late and then asked me to rescheduling and I was really surprised how unprofessional he behaved. How must be the company be when even the interview was unprofessional
I interviewed with them for about two months, from HR screening up to panel interview after a time-intensive assignment. ( which does not take 3-4 hours as they suggest, unless you were already very familiar with the AEC industry and their competitors )
During the final review, I was told the team 'moves fast' once they find a fit and to expect an answer within days.
Unfortunately, my follow-ups after one and two weeks were ignored. I eventually received a generic rejection email. When I requested specific feedback—given the two-month time investment and the assignment I had completed—my request was ignored.
While the team seemed nice during the interviews, the lack of transparency and respect for a candidate's time at the finish line was very disappointing.
