I have negative feelings about this company. The process was quite long and quite weird. I have 6 stages of recruitment process.
The most negative experience I had on the last stages. Interview #5 was very weird and it was not clear what they need from me. I got a task to describe my working process. When I start to talk I was interrupted immediately and was asked many questions, so I didn't have a chance to finish my speech. In 30 minutes they just said "It's enough", "thank you" and disconnected. It was embarrassing, I didn’t even understand what happened.
Last call took about 2 minutes. He just said "I don't understand why we are all here. Do you have some questions to me?" So I don’t understood why they really set that call up.
In one month only I got a message that I was rejected.

Could you describe your working process at the beginning
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Autodesk nel mese di lug 2025
Colloquio
First, HR called me without setting up a specific time. I provided times lots when I’m available for a call, but a specific time would be much more convenient.
Had an interview with hiring manager, got ghosted after.

What methods do you use to emphasize with users who work with concepts you are not familiar with.
There were about 7 stages so quite long but it was an enjoyable process. At the time I only had 1 year of experience and they were looking for over 5 years of experience but it was flattering to be taken to the final stage. I think autodesk is a great company.
