I was pleasantly surprised by their interview process; it started with an overview of the company, where they currently are, and where they are heading. I was dealing with the General Manager, Rob Langone and he is a terrific person and they are blessed to have him. I got to talk to other in the building and was encouraged to ask any and all questions, which they respectfully answered.
