Tossed the resume and went in cold. Spoke with Mr. Gameson (Engineering Manager). We discussed my background and skill sets and where they were developed. Later interviewed with HR and then toured the plant with the Supervisor, I remember most that the Supervisor imagined I would be intimidated by the shear magnitude of the responsibilities (I found that amusing). I was not. Felt right at home right away.
