Interview Process
Technical Round 1 (Moderately Difficult)
Focus on Java concepts (OOPs, collections, exception handling, multithreading basics).
JavaScript concepts (closures, async/await, DOM basics).
Basic–moderate coding questions (string manipulation, arrays, collections) – usually done by screen sharing and coding live.
DSA fundamentals like searching, sorting, recursion, and time/space complexity.
Technical Round 2 (Moderately Difficult)
Deeper dive into automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, TestNG/JUnit).
Coding + debugging exercises with emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code.
Testing concepts – e.g., “How will you test a pen?” (creative + structured test case thinking).
Managerial Round
Discussion on real project experience, challenges faced, handling bugs, and collaboration with dev teams.
Situation-based scenarios (e.g., handling production bugs, prioritizing test cases, managing release pressure).
Evaluates communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
HR Round
Covers culture fit, career aspirations, strengths/weaknesses, and salary expectations.
Discussion about role alignment, growth opportunities, and work environment.
