Jr. HR & Senior HR both took the telephonic interview. Shortlisted & then scheduled another telephonic interview with sales head. The gentleman was so busy dealing with clients that he missed this call three times. After one week, when I called back to check junior HR said Vacancy is on hold. Pathetic experience, very unprofessional behavior. Glassdoor review were correct about poor management & lack of processes.
