The interview procedure consisted of multiple interviews, with questions to determine my experince in handling high stress scenarios and my technical knowledge and my enthusiam for learning, which is vital for this industry due to its nature of expansion that it is currently undergoing. Once the interviews are succesful, you have a background check performed. (as per standard procedure in previous tech roles I have applied for)
