Ich habe am Anfang April um die Stelle bewerbt. Nach eine Woche habe ich die Antwort gehabt, dass ich mein Lebenslauf und Zeugis nicht erfolgreich hochgeladet. Ich habe die unterladen an der Reruiterin geschickt und habe nach 4 Tag einen Telefoninterview Termin gehabt. Das war noch Gestern. hat die HR zuerst selbst und über Avanade vorstellen und hat einige Fragen stellt. Die sind typische Bewerbungsfragen. z.B.

1 initial screen by the recruiter and then 3 rounds each with a different interviewer over a Microsoft Teams session. A recruiter helps guide you through the entire process and was very responsive for anything I needed throughout the process. Need to reschedule because life throws you a curve ball? They were very accommodating. Took a little less than 3 weeks to go through the entire process.
Initial interview with HR is easy.
Avanade HR is very kind, professional and quick in responding
I couldn't get further because of visa issue but overall impression is good and professional

Première interview téléphonique avec RH après avoir posutlé: questions générales sur le parcours, pourquoi être intéressé par Avanade, ce que je sais d'Avanade...
Après celà une interview en personne a été planifiée, les mêmes questions sont posées avec plus de détails demandés: technologies utilisées/connues/maitrisées, projets professionnels et personnels...
Enfin une interview technique avec un Lead est organisée afin de vérifier le niveau de connaissances (OOP, Algorithms, SQL/Linq, C# concepts...)
