I attended interview in Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysia for the position of consultant in ERP. Applied through the avanade careers portal and I got the initial call from HR and scheduled a 1:1 interview which involved HR interview and Technical interview.
Interview process was quite long and took about 3 hours to complete, It started about 9am in their office in Kuala lumpur city.
HR team started the interview with inquiring my academic history and my general communication skills, they also had a look at my qualification files and relevant certificates. They asked about previous work experience in ERP and the reasons for leaving previous employer.
Later the Interview was taken over by the ERP department for technical interview, it was handled by 2 members of the department. Questions was mostly related to latest ERP architectures and scenarios. It was more like a discussion.
I was notified of my selection after 1 week from the date of interview.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

General conversation about past experience and what you’re looking for in moving.
There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
