There were 2 interviews I had to go through.
Even though I was not selected 6 months ago,
they selected me after 2 interviews.
I was selected for the training program 6 months ago,
but then, I received a call that the quota had been reached.
Hence, I had to wait 6 more months, and I had to call the
recruiter once again in December and repeat the interview process!

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

How would you change the solution to make it scalable in case the company grows quickly

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

General conversation about past experience and what you’re looking for in moving.
There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
