Had a phone and group interview as a large amount of employees are referrals. Getting to see if you fit the position and the crowd for a pleasant work environment is important. Employees get along well and part of the interview felt like working along side them finding how well you fit.

Entrevista foi bem tranquilo. A primeira etapa foi uma conversação com a recrutadora, enquanto que a segunda etapa foi apenas uma entrevista técnica em uma conversa normal. Após isso fui aprovado.

3 Schritte. 1) Telefonat mit HR als Vorgespräch und erstes Abklopfen meiner Angaben. 2) Technisches Interview mit jemandem aus dem Fachbereich. Technisch heißt auch methodisch. 3) Finales Gespräch mit HR, jemandem aus dem Fachbereich und dem organisatorischen Vorgesetzen des Fachbereichs.
su teams ho avuto un colloquio tecnico con un responsabile dell'azienda, molto gentile e che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. esperienza molto buona e anche se poi non ho scelto di proseguire è stato comunque piacevole
