Recruiter screening interview, then 4 total interviews ranging from 30 minutes to an hour each. 2 interviews with Manager level, 1 interview with Senior Director level, and final interview with Executive level.
Recruiter was very easy to work with, and scheduling happened quickly. Most of the interview questions were behavioral or more generally about project and system experience, with a couple of more technical questions thrown in about the system. Interviewers overall were very friendly and made the interview conversational, however, I found the final round with the Executive didn't leave me with a great feeling. It was a Teams meeting where the others were phone calls, so I put my camera on, but the interviewer didn't. The Executive remained on mute most of the time, and didn't seem particularly engaged. This final step felt like it was just to go through the motions rather than adding anything to the interview process.
