First 3-4 informal interviews with a executive in the delivery org. These were basically chats around every thing related to the position. Then the formal interview process. Recruiter, 4 "peer interviews" and solid feedback. This was followed by a long silence - 7-8 weeks. Then interview with the executive again. Overall the recruiter was helpful albeit a bit unresponsive at times.
