For an analyst role.
1st round: Email from HR to setup first interview. Simple and straight forward questions about current experience, what I knew about Avanade.
2nd Round: Senior Director. Talked more about the company. Similar to first interview. Nothing technical
3rd Round: 2 Senior technical engineers. Asked strictly what was on my resume. Nothing too technical but you should be confident on whatever you put on resume.
Overall, it was okay. The HR Rep was really helpful. Probably the best HR Rep I've met. However, he did not reply to me when I asked a question when he said he would be there to help me. I also received no email back after the 3rd interview. I sent a follow up email and did not hear back. Before I could send a second follow up, I found the "Interview Review" for the same position on Glassdoor that was posted a week after I did my interview. The person accepted the role. I assume this was for the same position because 1. There was only one job posting and 2. It's been almost 4 weeks now with no response.
I spent 3 weeks working around my schedule for them to not even provide me feedback or a reply. I really wanted to tell the HR Rep how much I appreciated his help even though I was not getting the role but after finding out the results through Glassdoor, I was disappointed to say the least.

Interview process was 2 times. first was recruiter interview about personnel related and career plan , job changing reason and second was technical by director level which was focused on ERP .smooth and fast interview process.
