ho fatto 4 colloqui, due con HR uno tecnico con il mio attuale responsabile e l'ultimo con il responsabile Italiano di Avanade. il colloquio tecnico è stato molto approfondito e sono andati nel dettaglio tecnico delle domande poste. Con HR sono stati due colloqui sia conoscitivi sia informativi per la parte rertributiva

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
