Nach dem man die Bewerbung geschickt hat, kam prompt eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview - das war ein sehr nettes und angenehmes Gespräch. Nach dem Gespräch wurde ich auch direkt zum Assesment eingeladen, dieser war an einem Freitag und am Montag mittag hatte ich schon den fertigen Vertrag auf den Tisch.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

General conversation about past experience and what you’re looking for in moving.
There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
