Colloquio
Went through 4 interviews: one with HR, area sales director, local sales rep, and a VP. I think it's an excessive amount of interviews, but they were all nice people to talk to.
Very friendly recruiter. The interview questions were basic, focusing on your background, experience and interest in the company and the role. The whole process took around 25 minutes, and it was via phone call.

The interview process was overall really easy - a phone interview with a recruiter and then Teams interviews with the hiring manager and his manager. Lots of red flags for this position- - really high turnover rate (job was open due to turnover and the whole team had been there less than 2 years. They mentioned promoting someone to account management who had been with the company only 1 year which told me that they have lots of jobs that they're desperate to fill.. they were trying to paint this as a positive.) - they have really aggressive metrics about in-person visits and sales goals - this position was listed as hybrid but it's really a field position. The listing didn't mention a travel percentage but when pressured they basically said it's 100% expected travel. - Manager mentioned work outside of paid time during the interview when discussing work life balance (and trainings that "you can do on your own time") - when asked about PTO they said it was at the discretion of your manager based on sales - there is no set PTO amount so it's basically dependent on how your manager feels - offer letter was sent through work day with no option to counter or ask questions. When I did ask questions about the benefits and PTO etc they took the better part of the week deadline to respond to me -the offer I received was actually above their quoted range because I had another offer already but when I countered they immediately rescinded their offer instead of turning down my counter offer which has never happened to me before. At this point I had already planned not to take it because of all the red flags but was kind of wild. TLDR: it really seems like they want cheap entry level employees they can bully and who won't challenge their model and they'll just replace upon them not being able to stand it anymore.
