Worst experience: Had to give 6 rounds of interview, and later they told me I lacked technical expertise. 3 rounds were online -> didn’t ask any DevOps questions as such, pretty chill interview, When I spoke to the HR , she didn’t even know how many rounds were there. They decided to fly me out to Bangalore for last 3 rounds , another 3 rounds of culture fitment , and at this point I was exhausted, Luckily I negotiated with the HR to pay for my cab fare from airport to office and back and she obliged after a little budging , but honestly after 6 rounds of interview , including 3 in office , you come and tell me I lack technical expertise. My last round of interview , the interviewer just started ranting about his problems in front of me about he just couldn’t take it and he felt this and that, at this point , I felt it was becoming comical and is this an actual front end manager taking an interview, with respect to DevOps , they didn’t have an idea as to what has to be done or why did. They even need one in the first place, not sure how companies get so much money to waste in the first place
