In Asia the current VP will set up numerous calls with you which he will cancel repeatedly or cut short. They will ask you to prepare a presentation which they won't bother listening to and they wont do the research as to whether or not they are capable of hiring you before making you a verbal offer. The recruiter out of head office is not much better. Poor response times and pointless logic tests (i think they think they are google). A great interview process if you are into wasting your time.
